The essentials are free and ad-free: workout logging with rest timer, a library of 1,300 animated exercises, food diary, barcode scanning, meal photo analysis, health sync, friends and challenges. Fitlyo Premium also unlocks every Fitlyo programme, unlimited custom programmes, the automatic programme generator, advanced stats (estimated 1RM, volume per muscle) and all the coach’s recommendations. Coach programmes are bought one by one and stay yours.

No, the account is free and optional. Fitlyo works on your phone first. An account lets you back up and sync your data across devices and use the social features (friends, feed, challenges).

Over 1,300 animated exercises, each with the muscles it really works (primary and secondary), the equipment needed and how to perform it. The animations are by Gym visual and used under licence.

Both. Pick a Fitlyo programme (PPL, Upper / Lower, Strength…) or one from a certified coach, or build your own exercise by exercise. With Premium, the generator creates a programme that fits your goal, level and equipment in seconds.

In 10 seconds before your workout, you rate your sleep, energy, stress, soreness and any pain. Fitlyo computes your readiness and adapts the session: full workout when you feel great, a lighter version (one set less, weights −10%) when you are tired.

Every set is logged (weight, reps, rest). Fitlyo detects your personal records, charts your progress, your volume per muscle and your training calendar, and tracks your body measurements and weight.

Snap your plate: the analysis runs 100% on your phone and the photo is never sent over the internet. Fitlyo recognises the foods, matches them with the CIQUAL table and gives you honest portion ranges instead of a falsely precise number. You adjust, you confirm. It is free and even works offline.

From the CIQUAL 2025 table by Anses (the French food safety agency) for 3,479 generic foods, with calories, macros and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals). Packaged products scanned by barcode come from Open Food Facts.

Yes: Fitlyo suggests meal plans that fit your calorie and macro targets and builds the matching shopping list. You can also type a meal in plain text, scan a barcode or search for a food.

Fitlyo is local-first: your data stays on your phone, and the optional backup is hosted in Europe (Frankfurt). No ads, no trackers, your data is never sold. You can export all your data or delete your account at any time, right from the app.

Yes, with Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android. Everything is off by default: you choose, option by option, what Fitlyo writes (workouts, weigh-ins, meals) and what it reads (weight, steps, energy, sleep). Your health data is never sold or shared.

In the app: Profile → Export my data, or Profile → Delete my account. You can also delete your account at fitlyo.rs-digital.fr/delete-account. For any request about your personal data: privacy@rs-digital.fr.

Your social profile is private by default. You add friends by username or invite link and share only what you want. The feed and challenges are moderated: report and block in one tap, and abusive accounts are suspended.

No. Fitlyo helps you train and eat better, but it does not replace a doctor or a dietitian. Ask for medical advice before starting if in doubt, and stop if you feel pain.

Apply from the app (Profile → Become a coach): public profile, specialties and qualification (BPJEPS, STAPS, DEJEPS or equivalent). The Fitlyo team checks your diploma and identity within 48 hours.
