Delete your Fitlyo account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, from the app or from this page.
From the app
- Open Fitlyo and go to the Profile tab.
- In Account & backup, tap Delete my account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
- Done: you receive a confirmation email.
What is deleted
- Your account, email address and sign-in credentials
- Your synced workouts, programmes, body measurements, check-ins, nutrition data and settings
- Your backed-up progress photos
- Your social profile: friends, posts, likes, comments and challenges
- Your purchase entitlements (Premium, programmes) stored on our servers
What is kept
- Accounting records (invoices, payments) kept by the App Store, Google Play or Stripe for the legally required period.
- Data still on your phone, until you uninstall or reset the app.
- Deletion is immediate; technical database backups expire automatically at the end of their short retention period.
Subscription: deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store settings so you are no longer charged.
